A well designed purchase strategy and strategic holding period saw this sold out “Limited Partnership” bring solid returns to investors. The project included 73 acres of raw farmland that was just inside Edmonton, Alberta’s city limits in 2002. In the 2005 the land was sold to a developer. Investors realized a return in excess of 100% on their investment.

Shepard Inc.

A Limited Partnership offering where investors are participating in the appreciation of 100 acres of land in the Shepard Industrial Corridor ¼ mile east of Calgary, Alberta city limits. This sold out in less than eight weeks and is still in its planned holding phase. Returns to investors will be realized once the property is sold. Located on a major connector to Calgary’s soon to be constructed ring road this property is well positioned to experience substantial appreciation.

Condo Conversions / Strata Title Apartments

Investor Owned Rental Properties5 buildings were strata titled (condo converted) and the units were sold to individual investors who then personally owned their own rental property.  All the units were sold to investors between 2004 & 2008.

Flagstone

Flagstone property is located in Queen Mary Park, one of the largest re-development areas in Edmonton’s History. All 44 condominiums, which included one and two bedroom suites, were snapped up by astute Capstone investors. These revenue properties saw a significant return in a short period of time.

Located in downtown Edmonton, only blocks to the river valley; 40 one, two and three bedroom Condo Units were offered to investors for $99,000-$135,000 and completely SOLD OUT in a few short weeks.

Palisade Garden Terrace is located in the well established neighborhood of Queen Mary Park.  Both one and three bedroom Condo units were offered to Capstone Investors. This two and a half story walk up apartment building is in Edmonton’s leading multi family rental area and sold out quickly.
