Jim Vincent, B.Sc.

President, Director and Promoter

Mr. Vincent has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Guelph and holds a Management Diploma from the University of Michigan. Jim Vincent has over 22 years experience in the real estate investment and development field.  

Mr. Vincent currently owns/manages several privately-held real estate corporations specializing in the areas of single and multi family revenue properties, luxury international recreational properties and land development.

Premier Properties was established in 1987 by Jim Vincent. The company is focused on the acquisition and management of revenue properties including mid-size apartment buildings, single family homes and townhouses located in Alberta. Premier Properties current portfolio exceeds 300 units.

Mr. Vincent has acted in the capacity of General Partner for Capstone at Shepard Limited Partnership and Heritage Valley Real Estate Limited Partnership both of which have focused on land acquisitions in Calgary and Edmonton respectively. As General Partner, Mr. Vincent acts as liaison with municipal, legal, planning and regulatory authorities.  

Established in 2006 Amber Point Caribbean Investments headed by Jim Vincent has established an extensive portfolio of large vacation villas, luxury ocean front condominiums and developed beach-front resort land along the Amber Coast of the Dominican Republic. Mr. Vincent has extensive experience working internationally with lawyers, governments, banks, currency brokers, developers and real estate professionals.  

Mr. Vincent is the Founder, President and Chief Acquisition Officer of Capstone Real Estate Corporation. Under his guidance, Capstone has been directly involved in numerous apartment condo conversions in the city of Edmonton. Mr. Vincent oversaw the conversion of apartment units to individual condo titles, renovations, set up management systems and established rental pools. Mr. Vincent is responsible for all activities relating to the evaluation, acquisition and management of properties for Capstone and its affiliates.

David Udy, CFP, TEP

Director and Promoter

Mr. Udy holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner and Trust and Estate Practitioner. David Udy has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry along with extensive experience in real estate marketing and development.  

Mr. Udy is the Founder and President of WealthCo Financial Advisory Services which was established in 1999. WealthCo specializes in investment, insurance and tax planning strategies for business owners and high net worth individuals.  

Prior to establishing WealthCo, Mr. Udy held the position of Canadian Vice President of Sales for IOF Foresters. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada IOF has over 650,000 clients and over $6 billion in assets. Mr. Udy oversaw sales operations, product development and distribution for Canada.

Mr. Udy has acted in the capacity of General Partner for Capstone at Shepard Limited Partnership and 543 High River Limited Partnership both of which have focused on land acquisitions in the Calgary and High River Alberta areas. These partnerships were established to maximize land value, providing investors with an opportunity to realize a developer’s return. Project management is handled from inception to completion by Mr. Udy and his team.  

Mr. Udy is Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Capstone Real Estate Corporation. Mr. Udy has been responsible for the marketing and distribution of the company’s real estate offerings to investors. He is also responsible for supervising and directing the company’s administrative, sales and marketing efforts.
